How To Use and Apply:
Aligning Oral Rinse: Shake the VERVAIN Aligning Oral Rinse before pouring half to a full teaspoon into a small cup. Add water to desired strength, then swish in your mouth for 10-15 seconds. Spit out and allow any harshness, withholding or reacting to go down the drain with the discarded rinse. Use as needed throughout the day. Do not swallow. External use only.
Speaking Up Lip Balm: Take a deep breath. Set your intention to connect with the plant wisdom in your chosen VERVAIN lip balm.
Then apply your VERVAIN lip balm to your lips generously. Take another deep breath as you experience the nourishment to your lips and then to your expression. Apply as often as you need. External use only.Ingredients:
